Refund policy
At Net & Nine, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges according to the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be free from stains, odors, or damage
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to help.
We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible merchandise.
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be free from stains, odors, or damage
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Net & Nine.
Net & Nine will cover the shipping cost of the replacement size.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without original tags
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
