Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Net & Nine ships exclusively within the United States. We look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate U.S. Shipping: $8.99
- Free Standard Shipping on Orders of $119 or More
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier transit times.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update the information before shipment, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Net & Nine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist in resolving issues whenever possible.
Net & Nine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Inventory Availability
Net & Nine strives to keep the majority of styles, colors, and sizes in stock and ready to ship.
In some cases, certain items may temporarily sell out and require replenishment from our manufacturing partner. When this occurs, additional processing time may be required before the order ships.
For replenishment items, customers should allow approximately 10 business days for inventory to be restocked and shipped.
If an item in your order requires additional processing time, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated ship date.
